Refund & Return Policy

At Zipsouq, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), Zipsouq covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within a reasonable timeframe.

رضاكم يهمنا في زيبسوق. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا عن مشترياتك، يمكنك طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.

شروط الإرجاع
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وفي عبوتها الأصلية وبحالة قابلة لإعادة البيع.
- يلزم إثبات الشراء (رقم الطلب أو الإيصال).
- يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم.

تكلفة شحن الإرجاع
- إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ من جانبنا (منتج خاطئ، تالف، أو معيب)، تتحمل زيبسوق تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.
- إذا كان الإرجاع لأي سبب آخر (تغيير الرأي، مقاس خاطئ، إلخ)، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.

الاسترداد
بمجرد استلام وفحص المرتجع، سنقوم بإعلامك بحالة الموافقة. تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، أو كرصيد متجر لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، خلال إطار زمني معقول.
